Ms. Bean Lalin joined the firm in 2021 and focuses her practice on intellectual property law. Over the past five years, she has built a strong background in IP protection, prosecution, and enforcement, supported by specialized training and cross-border experience that give her a well-rounded perspective on IP matters in Cambodia and the wider region.

She advises clients on trademark registration and prosecution, IP portfolio management, brand protection, and enforcement strategies, and is accredited as a Trademark Agent by the Ministry of Commerce, Cambodia. Her international academic background, including a degree in Intellectual Property Law from Tongji University in Shanghai of China, gives her particular insight into IP issues arising from cross-border business and technology-driven industries.

Lalin is a skilled negotiator and works closely with clients to protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property assets.

She is a native Khmer speaker and fluent in English.
